Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To solve a technical issue, please contact us directly at +886 2 2682-5650 or address the issue by e-mail to email@example.com. If you believe the product is defected or needs to be serviced, please contact at us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RMA number.
To obtain a RMA number, you must fill out a RMA REQUEST FORM and fax the request to our RMA Department with following information:
- Company name
- Name of contact
- Model number of the item to be returned
- Serial number with corresponding invoice number
- Reason for return (Description of defect)
- Example: “Video card has no external output” or “LCD has the back-light on but no screen,” etc. Incomplete information such as “The unit does not work” is not acceptable.
- Request received before 4:00p.m. (PST) will be replied by fax with a RMA number on the same business day
- Fax the request to +886 2 2682-5649
